House Rules
To make your stay and that of the other guests as pleasant as possible, we have laid down a number of house rules in the Park Regulations. We kindly ask you to comply with these and follow the instructions of the staff during your stay. If you violate the Park Regulations and/or fail to follow the instructions of the staff, Summio Duynparc De Heeren van 's-Gravensande has the right to immediately remove you and any visitors from the Duynparc. In this case, you lose the right to a refund of the deposit and/or rent or part thereof.
Nature & Environment
- Walk only on the paths that have been laid out and do not walk through the (grass) gardens.
- To protect the environment, we separate waste at our Duynparc. You can help us. You can hand in your waste at the waste bins in front of reception. Here you can hand in residual waste, old paper, green waste and glass.
Safety
- Keep to the maximum speed of 20 km per hour on the Duynparc, try to drive at walking pace.
- One-way traffic applies at the park. This is indicated by traffic signs.
- Making open fires is prohibited. Barbecuing is allowed, however, do not use spirit and only place the barbecue on the terrace.
- Smoking is not allowed in the bungalows.
Sound equipment
The use of sound equipment, such as music boxes, is permitted in the accommodation. The noise level must not be audible to other guests at Duynparc.
Alcohol & Narcotics
Consumption of alcohol is allowed inside the accommodation at the Duynparc. Guests outside the property under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be immediately removed from the Duynparc. The use of narcotics and drugs is strictly prohibited.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Summio Duynparc De Heeren van 's-Gravensande. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and carrying a scoop and/or bag is mandatory. Dog poop bags are available at reception.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in all properties.
Visitors
If you receive visitors, they are the responsibility of the tenant of the accommodation. Visitors can use the general car park. Visitors staying overnight must be registered at the Service point. No more persons may stay overnight in the accommodation than the number of persons for whom the accommodation is intended.
Parking
You can park your car for free right by your holiday home. Each holiday home has two private parking spaces. Are there more than one car? Then you can also park in the central car park at the entrance to Duynparc.
Using the barrier card you received during check-in, the barrier can be opened. The barrier can open 24 hours a day and exiting is automatic.
Use of accommodation
- Treat your accommodation with care.
- It is not allowed to pitch tents near the accommodation.
- Inflatable pools higher than 30 centimetres are not allowed.
- We would kindly ask you to leave your accommodation clean on departure. Please do not leave dirty dishes, take off your bed linen and put it in a pillow cover and leave it in the hall, empty the fridge and leave the door open, bring the rubbish to the appropriate containers, turn down the heating and close windows and doors.
